Today’s trade started on a mixed note. Early on we got the exact scenario suspected last night with Small Caps and Transports initially bouncing, while mega-caps and NASDAQ-100 lagged even though yields were modestly lower. Then rates trended higher in response to the ISM Services PMI at 10:00 a.m. ET.
